The first link I'd like to recommend is to my favorite comic book store, Crossroad Comics (http://crossroadcomics.com/). Check them out online and if you're ever in the South Florida area they are more than worth a trip to Lauderhill to see their wide array of comics, games, and collectibles.

Their inventory is great, but what really makes Crossroad Comics special is the staff. The owner will do everything within reason to have happy customers, Sam, an employee is pretty much a walking encyclopedia of comics and games, and Josh, another employee has always helped me with any questions I've ever had. These are all exceptional but I was amazed that after I'd been in a few times they remembered me by name.

After moving to the area I googled every comic store within a wide radius of my home and visited them all multiple times. From my own personal experiences I've decided to make Crossroad Comics my comic store of choice.
